BACKGROUND IN THE WINE INDUSTRY:
I took an interest in studying wine while working in the restaurant industry after graduating from university. I achieved my WSET level three and quickly travelled to New Zealand to work a vintage in Marlborough. I am continuing my studies, hoping to achieve the Certified Sommelier award.

MOST MEMORABLE WINE EXPERIENCE:
Making my own wine with a couple of buddies in New Zealand. We were given 2000 litres of Sauvignon Blanc juice to play around with, and the wine turned out pretty great!

BEST DISH YOU CAN COOK
Mongolian beef and vegetable stir fry!

THREE PEOPLE YOU WOULD MOST WANT TO HAVE DINNER WITH, DEAD OR ALIVE:
Julius Cesar, Pompey the Great, and Mark Antony (I am a big Roman History fan).

I am a Ukulele aficionado.
